Children in Scotland
The site is packed with information. It is the national agency for
voluntary, statutory and professional organisation and individuals
working with children and young people in Scotland. Everyone really
under the same umbrella!
Look for the International Conference on ‘Making
Space’, architectural design for buildings for young
children. A very exciting range of speakers and visits.

Coram Family
Coram Family is a leading children’s charity based in London,
not far from King’s Cross. It works in a huge range of issues
in the care of vulnerable children and their families. Many services
related to working with those experiencing trauma and separation and
particularly working with the family to prevent problems .
They are a pioneer organisation prepared to take risks. If you are
walking through Coram Fields and find yourself anywhere near you will
sense the tremendous work that is going on next door.

Follow plays and productions at the National Theatre and other
locations. Tour through the productions, see the people involved, find
out about the whole process of putting on the plays. Excellent video of
rehearsal of Coram Boy and other plays.
Listen to the head of the National Theatre Studio talking about the
National’s Performance Laboratory, where writers, directors
and actors work collaboratively before a production ever gets to the
